Title: "Fanta"
Created by: Karen Henderson
El Paso, TX 79936

My entry is of a wall hanging, titled Fanta which means Beautiful Day in the African language.

  1. My first step is to pick fabrics to use for the wall hanging.

  2. Next step is to fuse fabric with Heat-n-bond and cut out the pieces you see here.

  3. Third step is to place pieces on the background fabric.

  4. Fourth step is to place trim IR1886GR from aTreasureNest.

  5. The final step is to sandwich beaded fringe(IR1886GR) between top and backing and turn outside in. I use beaded fringe on almost every wall hanging I make. I guess you can say that it is my trade mark in my wall hangings.
